Hi there. Your dolls are gorgeous, I've been meaning to comment more but time is short here right now. I'm working all the hours I can for a pittance as I had to change job last year. So I only get to nip in here every now and again. That painting of mine is still sat unfinished. Must be near a year now since I had time to spend on it. Meantime you can churning them out, makes me proper jealous I tell you
don't be jealous! i have a very limited nightlife with two kids, so all my painting gets done at night (and i also have a slight addiction to be creating all the time even to the point of exhaustion) sorry to hear you had to change jobs, its a really difficult time right now. I'm trying to scrape together what little i can towards the household, I spend hours printing out the pin-up cards and hand stamping those other ones, then doing photoshoots of them, and loading it all up to put in my etsy shop, its actually really time consuming and all for a fiver - but it all adds up little by little hopefully i'm glad you like the dolls, i was worried i might scare off all my pin-up fans with those! they are selling quite well, have tapped into something really popular there as Blythe dolls are so iconic, but my heart is still in the pin-ups and film icons - gotta paint where the cash is for now though, i know what you mean about living off a pittance right now. And to make matters worse we thought we'd holiday in england to save cash, so we went to wales for the last 10days, it was very beautiful but it just pissed it down the entire time!! gah! nice to hear from you though get back to that canvas when you get a chance
